Downloading file drops to 0kb/s

 · (99% download, speed drops to 0KB/s I've had LW for roughly 6 months now, and although I think it's great, there is a very small problem (which I hardly encounter) which I would like fixed. Sometimes when a download gets to 99%, the speed goes from roughly 40 KB/s down to 0 KB/s, and therefore the download never actually finishes. It'll download REALLY fast at MB/s then drop to zero indefinitely. Already tried refreshing Steam files.
